We will repeat last years trial cross country championships over a series of races in the 2009/2010 season. Competitors should complete 4 from 7 races as a minimum and must include the Nationals and/or Vets Nationals as appropriate. There will be age groups as follows.

Senior Men. Over 40, Over 50, Over 60 and Over 70. If any women complete the minimum number of races, those categories will also be included.

This year the qualifying races will be:
Lasswade Open CC at Gorebridge on 1st November
East District CC League at Dunfermline on 22nd November
East District CC Championships at Livinston on 5th December
Hawkhill Harriers Handicap CC on 20th December
East District CC League at Broxburn on 16th January
Scottish Vets CC Championship at Forres on 6th Feb
Scottish National CC CHampionship at Falkirk on 20th Feb
